for table prizes, gifts for teachers, nursing home gifts,
bazaars, favors, etc.

the doll in half. Remove the body stuffing but leave the
head and arms stuffed.
Glue
the the doll head to the body of the air freshener.Make
certain the head is firmly attached.

Open
the air freshener. Glue a row of lace to the lower edge of
the top cover section.
Leave 1/4" of the lower edge free of lace to allow
the freshener to be closed. You can add additional rows

This
craft is a great way to use scraps of fabric and lace,
the amount of pleating or gathering determines the length
of lace or fabric..
|
| |
Tips:
To
gather the fabric or lace, loosely stitch a
piece of thread through the fabric. Pull the
fabric over the thread to create the desired
fullness. If you are an expert with the glue
gun you can gather the fabric as you glue. No
need to use thread.
When
the gel dries, add a new gel. Remove the top
from your Annie Doll and remove the top from
a new air freshener. Pull off the dry gel and
discard. Gently slip the fresh gel off of the
new freshener. Slide the gel onto the Annie Doll
post. Replace Annie's head. Voila!
A
fresh new Annie.
