- Glue
the lace to the backedge of the hat. Overlap the lace
by 1/4 inch.
- Place
a dot glue to the middle of the headband and attach
the narrow ribbon. I usually
dot the glue across from the overlapped lace edge.
- Tie
the ribbon ends around the headband without making
the bow. You can finish
tying the bow after the flowers are attached.
- Glue
the flowers to the head band and brim.
- Finish
tying the bow and snip the ribbon streamers to about
4 inches.
- Turn
the hat over and glue a magnet to the top of the hat
back.
