Anyone can create this Topiary.

Just a few easy steps.

Make one for yourself or your car pool buddy. Maybe this would be a nice table prize for a card party or a house warming gift.

Directions

  1. Push the cone snuggly into the pot.Trim the bottom edge of the cone if needed or add a little clay around the edge if the cone wiggles.
  2. Snip the wire stems to 2". Push the 2" stems into the cone. Glue if needed.
  3. Fill the entire cone. That's all there is to it
Materials

Small bean pot

and

Stryofoam 12" cone (the size that fits snuggly into your bean pot

plus wire snippers & glue gun; florist clay optional

Greenlizzy used a fall color scheme.

Think about where or when this topiary will be displayed. (Bathroom, family room bookshelf, office, kitchen, hospital room) Choose your colors to compliment the display area.

Tips:

  • Don't twist or move the wire stem too much when inserting into the cone. The hole will become too large and the stem will fall out. If needed add some glue to the stem before re-inserting.
  • You can even add mini lights to the cone before you add the flowers and fruits. carefully secure the lights with craft pins.
You did it yourself.
